Through a narrow street in Florence, Italy, a girl rides her bike, discovering the Cattedrale of Santa Maria del Fiore as she gets closer. Her size compared to the cathedral shows the immensity of the sacred building. Light shades of green adorn the background of the image, which seem to lure the girl on the bike towards a mysterious path. Photographer and Digital Artist, Scott Allen Wilson, captured the charm of the historical center of Florence in this pint realized on glossy Fuji Crystal Archive paper, and mounted beneath acrylic glass. The mounted print is surrounded by a beautiful solid wood frame. Every element of this piece was individually selected with intention as being a part of a unified piece of art.
I think this print perfectly encapsulates the essence and the energy of Florence, Italy. I offer this print in Black and White as well. I hope you love it 🙂

Don’t tell Georgette, but I may have given this photo a name that resembles the name of her blog in 3 out of 4 ways. I promise you though, it’s completely a coincidence. I mean – what else embodies the eternal feminine energy of the city more than a girl riding on a bicycle towards a cathedral dedicated to Saint Mary of the Flowers? A Girl In Florence just captures it all so perfectly. (She is a marketing Queen after all Y’all!)
I offer this photo in both black and white and color- just in case you love it so much that you want to buy both 🙂

Claudia –
This print for me was love at first sight. I’ve always dreamed of traveling alone and getting lost in beautiful sceneries, so I immediately related to this print and even got emotional. I’m so happy I get to look at it every day on my wall! Besides, the colors of the Cathedral are so nice and combine perfectly with my decoration <3
