The Past Tells
In the historical center of Florence, Italy; Photographer and Digital Artist, Scott Allen Wilson, portrays height and magnitude of the Campanile di Giotto, in a perfect composition of pastel colors and geometric patterns. By standing tall in the middle of the image and capturing the corner, the print shows perfect symmetry. The pastel colors in this piece transmit calmness yet playfulness, and it’s timeless style can dress up any environment. The print has been realized on Hahnemühle FineArt Pearl paper, and has been mounted with a natural white passe-partout. The mounted print is displayed underneath a matte float glass, and surrounded by a beautiful white solid wood frame. Every element of this piece was individually selected with intention as being a part of a unified piece of art.
I think this print perfectly encapsulates the essence of Florentine’s architecture. I hope you love it 🙂
