Bridge of Sighs
The legend says that if you kiss someone under the Bridge of Sighs you will enjoy eternal love. Nobody questions the name of this bridge, as a sigh is my first reaction to a bridge full of tradition and energy. Captured by Photographer and Digital Artist, Scott Allen Wilson, The Bridge of Sighs is one of the most recognized structures of Venice, Italy. Formed by a white arch full of detail, the renaissance architecture is once more appreciated in the heart of the city. Unlike the colors that usually dress Venice, this print shows a predominance in white, contrasting the dark Rio di Palazzo, guiding our eyes through the deep waterway. The Bridge of Sighs is the ideal photograph to brighten any space while giving it a classic and elegant touch. This piece has been realized on Hahnemühle FineArt Pearl paper, and mounted with a natural white passe-partout. It is displayed underneath a matte float glass, and surrounded by a beautiful ebony solid wood frame. All the beauty and romance that Venice is famous for, is encapsulated in only one print that can make me fall in love at first sight!
I think this print can perfectly transport us to the narrow waterways of Venice, Italy. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do 🙂

What took your breath away today? What inspired you?
I feel it’s my destiny to create something, I can really feel it. Right now I’m just trying to learn as much as I can about this wonderful and crazy world, so that each step I take towards attaining my dream is that much more refined and resonating with what makes me feel fulfilled.
I forgot how much I loved reading and I’m back on my book-a-week schedule that I tried to stick with last year- though this time I’m on a non-fiction only streak and loving it.
Today has been a good day- a /Sigh/ of relief from an exhausting week, if you will. Hope everyone has a great weekend ✌️
